Our Frühlingsheim is a charming, alpine-style holiday house, perched in a very sunny spot above Sölden. The view from the large sun terrace towards Nederkogl is simply incredible and you can discover the beauty of Sölden! Despite the quiet location, it's only 900 meters from the village center. This gives you the right balance between relaxation and access to all the activities that Sölden has to offer.

The holiday home is perfect for families or groups of 8 to 10 people. The Frühlingsheim is your exclusive home in the mountains, providing 125 m² of comfort and privacy. It has 4 separate bedrooms with cable TV and panoramic balconies, along with 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and an alpine-modern living room. A highlight is our spacious sun terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ötztal Alps.
